As a graduate student, I worked for four years as a McDougal Teaching Fellow, and coordinated the team in the 2019-20 academic year as we offered over 90 workshops to graduate teaching fellows and post-doctoral fellows at Yale.
In my current role, I study the efficacy of support resources on sense of belonging and retention of first-years in our Chemistry courses.
